Dive for highly experienced divers :
The wreck San Marco lies on the bottom of 107 m. The ship is 100.9 m long and 14.5 m wide.

It was built by Wood Skinner & Co. in 1919 and the owner was the Società Anonima di Navigazione Garibaldi set in Genoa.

It could reach 11.5 knots thanks to a triple expansion steam machine. It was sank by the submarine Clyde at 8:50 on June 1st, 1941 while sailing from Civitavecchia to Cagliari.

Its load of coal is still visible in great quantity.

The chameleon sea fan and the black coral has given the ship wonderful colors; the canon on the poop is almost unrecognizable for the quantity of the sea fans that cover it.
